Participants are responsible for their own transportation to and from the retreat venue. However, please see below instructions on how to reach venue by public transportation or car. If you come by car - free parking at the venue is available. If you come by train - we meet you at the train station If you come by plane - we send you instructions how to get to the train station where we pick you up.

The Cake Artists Retreat package includes hands-on workshops, masterclasses, expert demonstrations, networking opportunities, accommodation, meals, and all tools and materials.

Yes, accommodation is included in the retreat package. You will be staying at the Raesborre Domain in Leuven, Belgium. But please take note that limited rooms available at the retreat with additional accommodation at a local hotel that is within 10 min walking distance. Accommodation will be allocated on the basis of first-come first-served.

Absolutely! We strive to accommodate special dietary needs. Please inform us of any dietary restrictions or allergies when you register for the retreat, and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.

Yes, participants are encouraged to bring their own cake decorating tools and equipment if that’s something they want to use . However, all equipment and tools will be provided at the retreat venue.

No, the retreat is exclusively for registered participants only.

To secure your spot we require $1000 (Australian dollars) deposit. This is approximately €600, use currency converter on top to check exchange rate. Deposit is non refundable but transferrable. The remaining balance paid on the day.

We are aiming to have one retreat per year but there’s no arrangement for the next one as yet.
